Your time for Body and Mind

The Chanhassen Library will host yoga on Wednesday evenings to create cOMmunity while making time for your mental and physical health. The nonprofit One Love Yoga will lead free weekly classes where you will learn foundational yoga, breathwork, meditation, and more. This mind to body connection helps calm the nervous system so you can weather the storms of life in a more easeful way. Expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and movement.
