Autumn Radiance: Connect in Nature

Grand Marais, MN

September 24-27, 2026

Yoga & Meditation Retreat: Embrace the Beauty of Change inspired by the Fall Colors of the North Shore

Join us this September on the breathtaking North Shore for a transformative weekend retreat, where the vibrant colors of autumn set the stage for self-discovery and renewal. Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in periods of intentional silence, movement, and stillness. Through outdoor meditations, yoga practices, guided hikes, and soulful community connection, you'll explore the deep serenity that comes from aligning with nature’s rhythm.

This retreat is your invitation to unplug, reflect, and cultivate inner peace while surrounded by the majestic fall foliage. Vegetarian meals, campfire reflections, and Noble Silence periods will nurture your journey toward clarity and renewal. Let the changing season inspire your own transformation.

A sacred, loving space will be created for you to notice the samskaras (habit patterns) of your mind, identify inner barriers to growth and practice surrender of your mind’s safety seeking strategies that keep you stuck in life. When you create practices that build up reserves of inner serenity you in turn will be less disturbed by noise you can’t control and experience less suffering in your life.

Alcohol, tobacco and mind-altering substances are prohibited during the retreat as they are counterproductive to the disciplines we will explore throughout the weekend. Vegetarian brunch and dinner will be provided.

The retreat will begin Thursday evening at 4pm with a vegetarian dinner and conclude Sunday morning with a community breakfast 8-9am.

One Love Yoga Safari Retreat: Tanzania & Zanzibar

November 5–19, 2026

Join One Love Yoga for the journey of a lifetime — a transformative 14-day adventure through the heart of Tanzania and Zanzibar, where yoga, culture, wildlife, and community come together in one extraordinary experience.

Experience Overview

Begin your adventure in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s most famous national parks. You’ll be warmly welcomed with an evening circle, arrival gifts, and time to rest, connect, and adjust to the rhythm of Africa. Explore the Arusha Museum of Art & Culture, visit local markets, and learn about Tanzanian life before setting off on your breathtaking safari.

Your Safari Adventure

Guided by our trusted partners at Safari Sasa, you’ll be accompanied by expert local guides who will lead the group, share insights about the region, and provide translation and cultural interpretation whenever needed — ensuring a rich, immersive, and seamless experience.

Our safari takes us through Tanzania’s most spectacular landscapes and parks, including:

  • Tarangire National Park – famous for its ancient baobab trees and majestic elephant herds

  • Ngorongoro Crater – a UNESCO World Heritage site teeming with lions, zebras, rhinos, and flamingos

  • Serengeti National Park – one of the world’s most iconic wildlife sanctuaries, where we’ll spend two unforgettable nights under the African stars

Each day begins or ends with yoga, meditation, and reflection — connecting body, mind, and spirit to the natural world around you. Evenings will be filled with community, conversation, and nourishing meals surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Cultural & Mindful Exploration

Along the way, we’ll visit the Ngoro Tribe, tour Shanga, an inspiring social enterprise empowering people with disabilities through art and design, and experience a coffee plantation tour in the lush foothills near Arusha. Optional excursions and a rejuvenating swim in a natural hot spring oasis offer space to rest and reflect before our flight to the coast.

Zanzibar Island Extension

From Arusha, we’ll take a short domestic flight to Zanzibar, where the adventure turns from safari to sea.

  • Discover the winding streets, spice markets, and history of Stone Town

  • Enjoy dinner at Lukmaan’s, a favorite local restaurant

  • Then travel north or south for a tranquil beach stay filled with sunshine, optional excursions, and barefoot yoga by the ocean

Spend your final days in bliss — practicing yoga on the sand, enjoying fresh coastal cuisine, and reflecting on your journey before returning home renewed, connected, and deeply inspired.
