Yoga & Meditation Retreat: Embrace the Beauty of Change inspired by the Fall Colors of the North Shore
Join us this September on the breathtaking North Shore for a transformative weekend retreat, where the vibrant colors of autumn set the stage for self-discovery and renewal. Step away from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in periods of intentional silence, movement, and stillness. Through outdoor meditations, yoga practices, guided hikes, and soulful community connection, you'll explore the deep serenity that comes from aligning with nature’s rhythm.
This retreat is your invitation to unplug, reflect, and cultivate inner peace while surrounded by the majestic fall foliage. Vegetarian meals, campfire reflections, and Noble Silence periods will nurture your journey toward clarity and renewal. Let the changing season inspire your own transformation.
A sacred, loving space will be created for you to notice the samskaras (habit patterns) of your mind, identify inner barriers to growth and practice surrender of your mind’s safety seeking strategies that keep you stuck in life. When you create practices that build up reserves of inner serenity you in turn will be less disturbed by noise you can’t control and experience less suffering in your life.
Alcohol, tobacco and mind-altering substances are prohibited during the retreat as they are counterproductive to the disciplines we will explore throughout the weekend. Vegetarian brunch and dinner will be provided.
The retreat will begin Thursday evening at 4pm with a vegetarian dinner and conclude Sunday morning with a community breakfast 8-9am.September 18-21, 2025

Supporters,
Onelove.yoga is a non-profit with a mission to bring yoga into schools and to wherever people can benefit from yoga’s healing. We believe that together we can change the world by empowering our fellow human beings to become more healthy, mindful, and connected through yoga and education by removing barriers.
Our biggest fundraising event of the year is our annual Gala. Our next onelove.yoga Gala will be on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at The Westin Edina Galleria. As a non-profit, our organization leans on the generosity of our cOMmunity to build a diverse live & silent auction. Because we operate on a very small overhead budget, the majority of donation dollars are spent directly on programs.
This fundraising effort will raise necessary funds to run:
- 2025-2026 Yoga in Schools programs
- Free yoga for the community at local farmers markets, rec centers and other accessible locations
These programs need yoga mats, stereo systems, specialty equipment and seasoned, certified and trained yoga teachers that create a sacred & educational experience for everyone. Equipping people with the healing powers of mindfulness tools like yoga, meditation and breath work to navigate the complexities of our modern world is what we aim to do with the funds raised at our Gala.
We are requesting your support in the form of a sponsorship at our 2025 Root to Rise Gala. onelove.yoga is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, meaning any donation is tax deductible as permitted under tax laws.
